Green Acres Mission Project
Shepherd’s Tent Ministries is sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the families at Green Acres Apartments in Kingwood, WV. Last December we took gifts to the children and cookie trays for the families while Christmas caroling through the complex.
On June 10-12, 2009, we launched our Kingdom Kids Missions Project by hosting an evening bible school for the children who live at Green Acres. We shared the gospel through skits, crafts, music, and lots of FUN!
Kingdom Kids is founded on the concept that kids in small communities can impact a Mighty Kingdom. We are training our children to become mission minded by reaching out to others in the community.
